Lover of the outdoors, lacrosse coach, working with wood and being in his garden are just a few of the ways people see Sean. Most of the time you can find him tinkering with some kind of project and getting to know people outside of the church.
Sean believes all people and organizations are laced with potential and are naturally hard wired to do amazing things that only they can do. Sean’s calling is to help them discover the potential and then turn that into intentional purpose that fuels a life lived on mission. Asking big picture questions, challenging others to think outside of the box and being a constant learner are just some of the strengths he brings to his work.
Sean lives in an 1893 farmhouse constantly needing renovation in Hanover, VA with his wife, Elissa and their two children Evan & Millie along with their black lab Peyton.
